Source code and updates

The model code is open-source and available on GitHub.

We’re currently focused on making the following updates to the model:

• Automate checking change of outcome metrics: We plan to add automated alerting when outcome metrics vary by more than a certain amount between daily runs of the model.
• Automate avoiding local minima in fitting: Our current fitting algorithm occasionally falls into incorrect local minima for which we need to manually adjust the parameter regions to compensate for. Work needs to be done to automate this procedure.
